eBay Auction House is a local store dedicated to providing a simple, fast and convenient way to sell your items on eBay.

We offer professional photography, descriptive and well-researched auction listings, item management, payment processing, packing and shipping.

Our regular commission is 15-30% of the final sale price (eBay and PayPal fees not included).

How it Works

Simply bring in your item and leave it with us. You will complete minimal paperwork and we'll call you when the check is in! It's that simple! 

Fee Structure

The following eBay Auction House fee structure is based on our Standard Auction Package with no hidden fees. 30% of the first $200.00 25% of the next $300.00 20% of the remaining (over $500.00 and up to $1,500.00) For items with an estimated value of over $2,000.00 call our office and talk to our specialist about a Customized Auction Package.

The above fees DO NOT include eBay fees or payment processing fees and DO NOT include shipping, packaging and insurance fees (which will be paid for by the winning bidder).

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take?
A: The complete turn around from item drop off to receiving payment is approximately 4-6 weeks.

Q: How much will it cost?
A: Each auction has non-refundable listing fee starting at $5.00.

Q: What if my item does not sell?
A: We will re-list it for another auction. Almost all items will sell by then. If not, you will have 15 days to pick up your item at eBay Auction House or we can donate the item to charity. 

 

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for our Standard Auction Package Items for each individual auction must have a combined weight of less than 50 lbs. eBay Auction House requires a minimum listing fee starting at $5.00 per auction. eBay Auction House places a $9.99 or a $19.99 starting bid with no reserve (hidden minimum). You may specify a reserve for an upfront fee of $20.00, which will be refunded to you if the item sells. eBay Auction House reserves the right to refuse any item for listing, for any reason or no reason. Have an item worth over $2,000.00 or a weight of over 50 lbs? Contact our specialist to discuss our Customized Auction Package.
